Qualifications and Requirements for Leasing

Before you apply:

Please be prepared to pay the application fee as outlined in the property listing. In addition to the rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income.

To complete the application, you must be prepared to provide residential history as well as contact information for your previous landlords. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income. Please note that most properties require a combined gross income of at least three (3) times the amount of the monthly rent.

Each resident over the age of 18, regardless of payment responsibility, must submit a separate rental application.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • (Combined gross monthly income * 3) ≥ (monthly rent)
  • NO credit requirement. It will be checked, but there is no strict requirement.
  • Separate application submitted for each occupant over the age of 18, regardless of payment responsibilities.
  • Proof of income (to be uploaded with application)
  • Copy of valid driver’s license/ID (to be uploaded with application
  • Current/Prior resident history
  • Copy of valid driver’s license/ID (to be uploaded with application)
  • Application fees are non-refundable once application reports have been processed.

Application Instructions

2) Click Add to Cart

3) Click Proceed to Checkout

4) Enter in Appropriate Information

5) Click Proceed to PayPal

6) Click Login to PayPal or Click Pay with a Debit or Credit Card

7a) If you do not have a PayPal account and would like to create one, click Create Account and Pay Now.

7b) If you do not have a PayPal account and do not want to create one, click Pay Now as Guest.
